We are building a connected healthcare ecosystem that enables seamless patient journeys, ensuring timely access to care within the golden window. Our interventions focus on strengthening hospitals through infrastructure, advanced diagnostics, and treatment capabilities across cancer, cardiac and trauma, and eye care. By adopting a hub-and-spoke model, we are working towards standardising technology, decentralising specialised services, and expanding capacities, bringing quality, advanced care closer to communities while improving outcomes at scale.
