ICICI Foundation conceives, designs and implements its programmes directly to achieve the desired objectives. More than 500 people are directly engaged with ICICI Foundation for implementation of the skill development programmes. The Governing Council of ICICI Foundation oversees the work undertaken by the Foundation at periodic intervals. The CSR Committee of the Board of Directors reviews the programmes of ICICI Foundation in light of the stated CSR objectives and provides directions.
