Evaluation

Your performance and progress will be monitored throughout the course of the programme. You will be evaluated on the basis of the following parameters:

• Adherence to the code of conduct of the ICICI Fellows programme
• Performance during training sessions
• Reports and final evaluation by your organization mentors
• Reports of the Personal Coaches
• Your monthly reports, assignments and final project reports

The ICICI Fellows title is conferred on the basis of this evaluation.
